Privacy and Data Protection

The data you supply will be used only to provide the service you have requested via purchasing a product or sending a message. Your personal data will be used for the purposes you have permitted and we will not share it for marketing purposes outside of Healthy Little Lifter Ltd. 

The information provided by the customer that will be used include; name, postal address and email address as provided.

If this practice changes in the future, we will update this policy.

Store Policies 

All charges are made in UK Pounds Stirling. 

If you live out of the United Kingdom, please be aware of your country's exchange rate.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital e-book purchases and downloads are non-refundable. 

This is because the content is delivered instantly to the buyer and can be seen by the buyer.         

Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:

• If there was a technical issue and we can see that the content was never received by the buyer.
• If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (card fraud etc.)
• If there was a duplicate order or payment.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

There are no refunds or exchanges on physical products including all resistance bands and barbell pads. 

This is due to the product being a limited release where all sales are final, as stated on the site.         

Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:

• If the item is faulty.
• If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (card fraud etc)
• If there was a duplicate order or payment.

If your refund request for either a digital or physical product falls under one of these circumstances, requests must be submitted to HealthyLittleLifter@gmail.com
